1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the player", "you") and pak500 ("the platform", "we", "us"). They apply to all use of the pak500 website, game lobby, sports betting section, promotions and any related services. By registering an account, logging in or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full.

These Terms should be read alongside the pak500 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform. Where there is any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless a specific policy document states otherwise.

If you are accessing pak500 on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and that you accept full responsibility for any use of the account. pak500 strongly discourages account sharing and holds the registered account holder responsible for all activity that takes place under their login.

2 Eligibility

To register and use pak500, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pak500 is an adult entertainment platform and minors are strictly prohibited from registering or playing.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for you personally under applicable local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or close family member of a pak500 employee or contractor in a role with access to game configuration, odds or platform settings.
• You must not have previously been self-excluded from pak500 or had an account permanently closed by the platform for breach of these Terms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, truthful and current. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

3 Account Registration

Creating Your Account

Each player may hold only one active account on pak500. When you register, you are required to provide accurate personal details including your full name, date of birth, contact number and a valid email address. This information is used to verify your identity and process your PKR transactions.

You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials — username and password — secure and confidential. pak500 will never ask you to share your password via email, chat or phone. If you believe your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify the support team immediately through your account dashboard and change your password without delay.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, including any bets placed, deposits made or withdrawals requested. pak500 processes instructions from your account in good faith and cannot reverse transactions that have already been settled unless an error on our part is demonstrated.

Do not share your account with family members, friends or anyone else. Account sharing is prohibited under these Terms. If pak500 detects that multiple people are using the same account, or that one person is operating multiple accounts, all affected accounts may be suspended pending investigation.

Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our player protection procedures, pak500 may require you to complete identity verification before processing your first withdrawal or if your account shows unusual activity. Verification typically requires a copy of a government-issued ID (such as your CNIC) and may include proof of your payment method. We process verification requests as quickly as possible. Providing clear, accurate documents speeds up the process significantly.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

pak500 processes all deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards and other approved mobile wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your chosen payment method and account status. These limits are displayed at the time of deposit and may be updated without prior notice.

Deposits are generally credited to your lobby balance quickly after payment confirmation. Processing times can vary by payment method — JazzCash and Easypaisa transfers typically arrive within minutes, while bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank. pak500 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking networks.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from an account belonging to someone other than the registered player — are not permitted and will be returned where possible, minus any processing fees applied by the payment provider.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. You may request a withdrawal to your JazzCash wallet, Easypaisa account, Raast ID or registered bank account. Withdrawals are processed in PKR only.

Before your first withdrawal is approved, account verification (KYC) must be completed. Once verified, withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes stated in the payments section of the platform. pak500 processes withdrawals as quickly as operationally possible but does not guarantee same-day processing in all cases.

• Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once they enter the processing stage.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of requesting a withdrawal.
• pak500 does not charge withdrawal fees, but your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Bonus funds that have not completed the required wagering cycle cannot be withdrawn.

Inactive Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve consecutive months is considered dormant. pak500 may apply a monthly inactivity maintenance fee to dormant account balances. You will be notified before any deduction is made. Reactivating your account by logging in will stop any further inactivity fees from being applied.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

pak500 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback rewards and sports betting promotions. Each offer carries its own specific terms — wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits and minimum deposit amounts — which are stated clearly at the time the offer is presented.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the specific promotion terms. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered twenty times before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.

Different game categories may contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all for specific offers. The contribution rates for each promotion are stated in the offer terms.

General Bonus Rules

• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.
• If you make a withdrawal while a bonus is active and incomplete, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• pak500 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, correct errors in bonus calculations and cancel bonuses if evidence of abuse is found.
• Bonuses are issued in PKR and credited directly to your bonus balance, separate from your real-money balance.

6 Game Rules & Sports Betting

Casino & Game Lobby

All games in the pak500 lobby — including slot games, fish games, bingo and live casino — are provided by third-party game developers and operate according to their own published return-to-player (RTP) percentages and game rules. pak500 does not modify game outcomes. Results are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) for non-live games. Live casino results are determined in real time by physical game mechanics under live dealer supervision.

In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection during play, the game round in progress may be voided and your stake returned to your balance. pak500 is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side. If you experience a technical problem, contact support through your account dashboard with your game session details.

Sports Betting

pak500 covers cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, T20 internationals and bilateral ODI series — as well as football through major leagues and esports competitions including PUBG Mobile, CS2, Dota 2 and Valorant. All sports bets are placed in PKR from your main account balance.

Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement and are subject to change before your bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to your bet are those confirmed at the moment the bet is accepted by the platform. In-play bets during live PSL and cricket matches are subject to real-time odds updates and may be suspended temporarily during key moments of a game.

• Bets cannot be cancelled or amended once accepted by the platform.
• In the event a sporting event is abandoned or postponed without completion, bets will be settled according to the specific sport's rules displayed in the betting section.
• pak500 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error.
• Maximum stake limits per event apply and are displayed in the betting interface.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pak500. Engaging in any of these behaviours may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and possible escalation to relevant authorities:

• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, using systematic betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus wagering rules, or coordinating with other players to abuse promotional offers.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, macros or any automated software to play games or place bets on your behalf.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip dumping in poker or deliberate match manipulation in sports betting.
• Fraud & money laundering: Using pak500 for any fraudulent activity, including using stolen or unauthorised payment credentials, or attempting to use the platform to launder funds.
• Impersonation: Registering under a false name, using another person's identity documents, or misrepresenting your age or location.
• System exploitation: Deliberately exploiting errors, glitches or technical malfunctions in any game or platform feature to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.

pak500 uses automated monitoring and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. If your account is flagged, you may be asked to provide additional information. Failure to cooperate with any investigation will be treated as confirmation of the suspected activity.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

pak500 reserves the right to suspend or close any account — temporarily or permanently — under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete age or identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Detected use of automated software, bots or scripts.
• Requests from the account holder to self-exclude under the responsible gaming policy.
• Extended inactivity as defined in the dormant account policy.

Where a temporary suspension is applied for investigation purposes, pak500 aims to resolve the investigation and communicate the outcome to the player within a reasonable timeframe. During a suspension, the account balance is preserved and no new transactions are permitted.

If an account is permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account will be reviewed. Balances associated with fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or prohibited conduct may be partially or fully forfeited. Legitimate real-money balances not connected to any breach will typically be returned to the player's registered payment method after the investigation is complete.

Players may also voluntarily close their own accounts at any time by contacting support through the account dashboard. Voluntary closure requests are processed within a reasonable period. If you have an active bonus or incomplete wager, please review the implications before requesting closure.

9 Responsible Gaming

pak500 is committed to providing a gaming environment where players stay in control of their activity. We believe that online gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial pressure or personal harm. The platform provides a full suite of responsible gaming tools available to every registered player.

Tools Available

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR limits on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session time reminders: Set alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified length of time.
• Cooling-off periods: Take a short break from the platform — 24 hours, 72 hours or 7 days — during which your account will be temporarily inactive.
• Self-exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform for a set period or indefinitely. During self-exclusion, your account will be fully suspended and you will not receive any marketing communications from pak500.

All responsible gaming tools apply across the entire platform — your slot sessions, live casino play and sports bets are all covered by a single set of settings. You do not need to configure limits separately for each game category.

pak500 does not encourage players to chase losses, increase their bet sizes beyond their stated budget or continue playing after reaching their personal limits. Gaming should be funded only from money you can genuinely afford to spend on entertainment.

10 Privacy & Data

pak500 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering on pak500, you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal information as described in that policy.

Personal data collected during registration and account verification — including your name, contact details and payment information — is used to manage your account, process PKR transactions, verify your identity and comply with applicable obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

pak500 may contact you by email or notification about account-related matters, security alerts and, where you have opted in, promotional offers and platform updates. You may update your communication preferences through your account settings at any time.

11 Limitation of Liability

pak500 provides the platform, game lobby and betting services on an "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure the platform operates reliably and securely, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party network issues and circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect platform availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak500's liability to any player is limited to the real-money balance held in that player's account at the time a dispute arises. pak500 is not liable for:

• Loss of winnings due to internet disconnection or device failure on the player's side.
• Losses arising from a player's reliance on inaccurate information published in error on the platform, once corrected.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, Easypaisa or banking networks.
• Any indirect, consequential or financial losses beyond the scope of actual funds held in the player's account.

Nothing in these Terms limits pak500's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any matter that cannot be excluded by law. If you believe an error has occurred on pak500's part, please contact support through your account dashboard with full details of the transaction or game session in question.

12 Changes to These Terms

pak500 reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The updated Terms will always be available on this page with a revised "Last updated" date at the top.

Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to request account closure.

Minor corrections — such as typographical fixes or clarifications that do not change the substance of any clause — may be made without prior notice.
